About	I am Kamaljot Kaur, passionate about vibration medicine, health, wellness, healing, an earth and an avid cat lover. Through my own personal health journey, I became motivated to find answers to improve my gut, hormone and endocrine health. This was a deep soul journey to find myself and I emerged from the muddy waters to bloom like the lotus, owning and loving myself, hence the name light of the lotus was birthed. Within my therapy work, I combine a variety of techniques; massage, sound and energy healing to support the body to release physical and emotional congestion. Using my skillset, intuition and healing gifts, I tap into the deepest and hidden dimensions of the energy and matrix of the body to create and support a self-healing effect. The healing effect occurs on the body by releasing trauma at the cellular level, initiating a cell reset and calming effect on the nervous system.
