Yoni Care and Eco-Pads: The Warrior Woman

Explore the warrior woman phase of our cycle and how it lends to creativity. We will learn about the importance of self-care as well as some practical tools. We will also learn to honour and care specifically for our yonis using menstrual cups, free bleeding, and more. Finally, we will make our own eco-pad!

• Self-care tools and importance
• Learn about vaginal and menstrual care: menstrual cup, free bleeding, pads, etc
• Make your own ecological sanitary towel/pad
