Monthly Women´s Circle

A women´s circle is a safe space where women can come together to be nourished by sharing our experiences, practicing and trying new ways to connect with ourselves and our bodies, and learning with each other, as all of us have wisdom to share.

It is a way to express the Divine Feminine and create  and remember healthy ways to relate between us, supporting each other to heal, grow, awaken and remember the feminine energy and power within us.

We invite you to bring your energy and openness to this Sacred space on Saturday 10th December from 10am to 1pm at Spinners Web in Kitisuru.

In this Circle, together with Tina, we will share:

?Meditation
?Breath Work and Movement
