A sound massage is a deeply relaxing and regenerative wellness practice – also known as vibrational sound therapy.
During 60 minutes of sound massage I will place therapeutic singing bowls of different sizes on your dressed body using the Peter Hess method.
The tones & vibration of the bowls create a state of tranquility and act as a massage for the nervous system, on a cellular level.
The tones will allow your brainwaves to slow down to alpha / theta state – a wakeful relaxation.
The massage will enable you to release any stored up physical tensions and let go of mental chatter, bringing a feeling of ease, calmness and clarity to body, mind and soul.
