Description
Yin yoga is a balance of stillness and surrender on our mats, as we target deeper layers within – ie. the connective tissues, ligaments, giving our bodies time and space to breathe and stretch. Typically poses are held for between 3 -5min with props at hand to aid in finding the shape best suited for your body and needs. This is a slow, mindful, contemplative, meditative practice with deep healing benefits. Perfect balance to our generally yang lifestyles. Come yin out with me!
