A somatic approach to therapy. The practitioner will guide you into a meditative state to first relax the body. Once a safe space has been established, together you will explore some of the fears and suppressed energies blocking and limiting you from achieving your potential.

The practitioner will ask you to locate sensations and emotions in your body associated with a thought. It will be a demonstration in how to transform energies associated with the subject chosen for the session.
