Yin Yang Art & Mindfulness Retreat
This retreat is an opportunity to bring more balance and harmony into your life. Nestled in the beautiful Kaya Kwetu in nature right by the Indian Ocean, this will be an excellent opportunity to relax, breathe, express and play.
Learn how to balance stillness with action, integrate reflection with creation, and find wholeness in the interplay between awareness and expression of your feelings, thoughts and life experience,
Eirik Jarl will guide the Yang aspects of the retreat, – the active, expressive, outward, creative an collaborative elements. He has over 10 years of Affirmative Art workshop facilitation experience with thousands of participants. He knows we all have a gift, and our role is to identify, clarify and live that role. Affirmative Art is a useful tool towards this goal.
Eddy will guide the Yin aspects, creating space for calm, receptive, inward self reflection, mindful observation and rest to help you rediscover stillness, increase clarity and gain insights. He is a seasoned meditator and is involved in actively building Conscious Kenya – a space and platform for wellness & conscious living.
Come as you are. Leave renewed, grounded, and inspired.
