From the 9th to the 13th of July, we will hold our last retreat of the year at Suyian Soul.
We’ve called it “Beyond Flexibility”, because…

Flexibility is great,

But what about mobility ?

Strength ?

A focused and peaceful mind ?

With Yin Yoga, Ashtanga, guided meditation and bush walks, we’ll offer you a holistic experience. A chance to slow down and take a step back from your daily life in peaceful surroundings, whilst taking care of your body and mind.

For the second time, Richard Kitoshi – our favorite Ashtanga teacher – will be gracing us with his presence. His classes are full of energy, and his years of experience and real awareness ensure that no-one ever feels left behind.

Richard attended his first yoga teacher training in 2012. He trained in Ashtanga with Sharon Moon, a teacher under the Jois Foundation banner.
In 2013, he furthered his training with the AYP 200Hr Teacher Training. That same year he attended the level 2 training under Baron Baptiste.
He mainly teaches at Acacia Studio, in Nairobi, and is also a mentorship program coordinator at Africa Yoga Project.
