Fairies Fridays, Heal Thyself with Yin Yoga and Feminine Alchemy
Every Friday, from 10th June, Melina Moors and I (Paula Arranz, Mujer Nturaleza) will be facilitating a 1 hour 30 minutes session at Arboretum from 5pm to 6:30pm, of Yin Yoga and different practices to connect with our Feminine Nature, Alchemy and Inner Power: meditations, movement, breath works and much more.
Every Friday, we´ll have a gathering of Fairies with different practices and you can attend continuously or just whenever you feel called to attend.
