Join rejuvenating group Dharma Yoga classes on line Via Zoom platform weekly.
All levels are welcome as I will offer a variety of option for the asana practice.
All classes incorporate a warm up, breathing exercises, meditation, fun and varied physical practice and end with a relaxation or Yoga Nidra for the workshops.
Dharma Yoga is a devotional practice.
You will be led softly and gracefully through your practice while closing your eyes when possible and following your intuition.
