Personal Information


I am a certified Level 2 Wim Hof Method Instructor, Yoga teacher, Nutrition consultant and Resilience coach. That’s a lot of words… what does that all mean exactly? My work revolves around how we can use food, nature, movement, breathwork and meditation practices to thrive in our lives. The practise I will be sharing for the Conscious Kenya Online Festival focusses on Wim Hof Method Breathwork. Practice Description

Wim Hof Method: I am the only WHM Instructor in Kenya! That’s cool Heather but what is this practise? WHM combines breathwork, mindset training and cold exposure to harness the power of your nervous system. This practise has been proven to boost immunity, reduce inflammation, improve diaphragm control, balance your body chemistry, help you manage stress, improve your sleep, process emotions and trauma, energize and relax you in equal measure, and contribute to an overall sense of wellbeing, bliss and zen.
