Women’s Day Retreat – Aphrodite’s Circle

A day retreat for all women to come together and unleash your powerful abilities. We will connect deeper to the Mama Cacao, Spirit of Rose and Bobinsana (an Amazonian Plant) – and you will be held in a space for you to unravel and transform.

• Shamanic Story Telling and Hape Circle (optional) – hape is sacred shamanic snuff that induces powerful connections to mind and body.
• Plant Baths – the most simple but powerful ritual. A collection of local flowers are gathered and prepared in a bath. You will experience the healing properties of all the plants as they are poured on your body.
• Connecting to Bobinsana- she is a powerful plant from the Amazon used to heal the body and connect deeper to your spiritual gifts
• Drinking Cacao and Rose in Circle – continuing to connect and open the heart space through art and meditation. You will be guided through a rose initiation where you receive the power of Rose Spirit and intergrate her in your body and hear her guidance with clarity and power
• Female Labyrinth with Ancestral Sound Healing- the most powerful path that leads you right in the center, all to find your true self. Whilst being supported by the sounds of nature
