Sound Healing with singing bowls, gong and flute
Lie down and allow yourself to be transported by the ancient healing sounds of these bowls from the Himalayas. Deep sounds, vibrations that resonate with every cell, activation of the chakras, and a state of being that is between soothing relaxation and a spiritual awareness. The Tibetan singing bowls have been traditionally used by the mountain shamans and Buddhist monks.
Also known as vibrational medicine, this ancient practice uses sound and vibration to restore you into physical, mental and spiritual harmony. The singing bowls will also be accompanied by the Indian bamboo flute and Vietnamese dragon gong.
Join Child of the Earth at 5pm on 11th October for deep relaxation, healing and a transcendental journey.
Prepare: mat(s) to lie on, pillow, eye-mask/face towel, water, blanket(s), head/earphones
This is a free / by-donation session (Mpesa what feels right to Narissa 0717685161, or if abroad donate below via PayPal and we’ll transfer it over to the practitioner – leave a note specifying who it’s for).
Child of the Earth (Narissa) practices sound healing with the Tibetan singing bowls, a form of Nada Yoga that she studies in Nepal. She is also a certified Hatha yoga, pranayama and meditation teacher. She works with the earth energy as guide and channel, and will connect with you from a deep space of love.
