The Conscious Kenya Wellness Festival is back with even more treats for your mental, physical and emotional wellbeing. Whether you’re looking to improve your sleep, diet, do a detox, or establish a yoga or meditation practice, this transformational day of wellness  will help you find exactly what you need.  You will experience wellness and selfcare practices to help you overcome challenges, manage stress, manifest your life goals, achieve better mental and physical health, and bring happiness and balance into your last few weeks of 2022.


This year’s festival will host an amazing lineup of workshops and experiences for your mental, emotional, energetic and physical wellness with some of the most skilled facilitators in Kenya. You will also get to interact with a rich assortment of holistic wellness vendors in a beautiful green haven of peace in Nairobi.

The programme includes a variety of workshops, classes, meditations all focused on personal growth and wellbeing accessible by all, whether seasoned or new to holistic wellness practices. You will also enjoy tasty healthy food and a range of other holistic goodies from our wellness partners.

Yin Yoga with Melina
Yin Yoga is a slow-paced style of yoga blending traditional Chinese medicine and Taoist principles and works into the deepest tissues of the body, our connective tissues – ligaments, joints, bones, the deep fascia and the meridians. Conscious steady breathing combined with the application of controlled levels of stress to different body parts triggers healing at the deepest physiological level. At the same time, on the energetic level, Yin yoga improves the free flow of Qi (energy) in the organs.
