Breathing & Sound Healing
The new moon is a time for introspection, self-care, meditation and retreat inwards to silence and emptiness – from which you can birth/manifest anything…
We need to be very intentional of our energies during this time. On this morning we will start the Sunday with some Pranayama breathing techniques for relaxing, expanding the lung capacity, detoxing, energizing, balancing, and concentrating. Once in that peaceful state, we will lie down for a sound bath with the Tibetan singing bowls, Vietnamese dragon gong, Indian bamboo flute, and voice – cleansing and activating the chakras and the entire physical, mental, emotional and energetic bodies.
You will surely leave feeling lighter.
Bring: mat(s) to lie on, pillow, eye-mask or face towel, drinking water, blanket(s), socks/scarf/hat.
Child of the Earth (Narissa) practices sound healing with the Tibetan singing bowls, a form of Nada Yoga that she studies in Nepal. She is also a certified Hatha yoga, pranayama and meditation teacher. She works with the earth energy, and will connect with you from a deep space of love.
