Description

Combination of Hatha yoga asanas (postures), Pranayama breathing and meditation in a gentle 90 minute class. This slow and intentional meditative class brings into balance your masculine and feminine aspects, creates flow throughout your body systems, and channels the life force (prana).

Perfect if you are a beginner, if you are getting back to practice after a long while, or if you wish to connect deeply through breath and awareness to each part of your body – awakening flow, energy and flexibility in every part of the physical and energetic body.
