For 5k a day full of in person inspiration around coaching and constellations. Zooming in and out in coaching and what that means and the 3 levels of coaching .<\/p>\n\n\n\n
? we start with a breathing meditation by Vincent Oloo, int. Breath trainer about the importance of your breath that makes you zoom in and out at the same time<\/p>\n\n\n\n
? we will do a Jump Movement conversation that makes you own your truth instantly<\/p>\n\n\n\n
? I will interview (aka have a meaningful conversation) with respect coach and inspirator Carolyne Gaithume about coaching and personal empowerment<\/p>\n\n\n\n
? we will do several coaching and constellation exercises that inspire and give insight in your own process<\/p>\n\n\n\n
? I will interview Asim Shah, visionary, coach and constellator about zooming out, how systems play a role and the importance of involving the full family or organisational system in coaching<\/p>\n\n\n\n
