At this core we attend to either a letting go or an allowing of whatever wants to emerge. Upon attending to the &#8216;being&#8217; in this transformative way, the doing just unfolds therefore creating a shift in action and behaviour.<\/p>\n<p>I offer both online and in person sessions.
